Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services.

Welcome to our platform. We offer visa processing support, digital photo support, and related travel-document services (together called the "Services"). This is a private website and is not owned, managed, sponsored, or affiliated with any government authority. By using our website or mobile access options, you agree to follow these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We may update these Terms at any time.

Some services may include extra rules in addition to these Terms. Those extra rules are shown within the relevant service and may also change over time. You should review all terms, including our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Services, you accept all applicable terms and conditions.

Access and Use of Services

Registration Requirements

Some features require registration. If you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in the registration form. Your account information and personal details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Users under 18 years of age are not allowed to use the Services, whether registered or not.

Member Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must inform us immediately if you notice unauthorized access or any security issue. Always log out after each session. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow these account-security steps.

Modifications to Service

We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. By using the Services, you agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for such changes, suspension, or discontinuation.

Mobile Services

Certain service features may be available by mobile device ("Mobile Services"). If you use Mobile Services, your carrier may charge normal data, messaging, or other network fees. Some Mobile Services may not work on all devices or carriers, and some may be restricted by your carrier.

By using Mobile Services, you agree to receive communications from us or related parties by SMS, MMS, text, or other electronic methods. You also understand that some usage information may be shared with us. If your mobile number changes or is deactivated, you must update your account details quickly so messages are not sent to someone else.

Delivery Times

We do our best to meet delivery timelines, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, natural events, war, civil unrest, strikes, or actions and delays from public authorities, including government website outages.

Visa requirements are set by governments and may change without notice. We try to keep information accurate and updated, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or fully current. We are not liable for decisions made based on this information.

Cancellation and Refund Support for Travel Documentation Services

At E-visa-burkina-faso, we know travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund rules are designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with immigration requirements. Please review the terms below carefully.

Eligibility for Cancellation

  • For Normal processing, cancellation must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. For urgent, rush, and super-rush processing, cancellation must be requested within 15 minutes of submission.
  • Cancellation may be accepted if the application is submitted but not yet processed by government authorities.
  • After an application is sent to the government consulate for review, or once it is under review/approved, cancellation may not be accepted.
  • If required documents or information are not submitted on time, the order may be auto-canceled without refund.
  • If an application is canceled and rejected, further cancellation is not possible and the fee remains non-refundable.
  • If duplicate applications are submitted, one may be canceled only before processing starts.
  • If customers no longer intend to travel, cancellation may be requested only before processing begins.
  • If additional documents are requested and not provided within the required period, leading to rejection, a refund may not be available.
  • No refund is issued if a visa is canceled or denied due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer. We provide support, but the customer is responsible for the correctness and authenticity of submitted details.
  • For duplicate payments, customers must provide proof of both transactions. After verification, duplicate-payment refunds may take 3-5 business days to verify.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be granted when cancellation is requested before processing starts.
  • If travel is not possible due to force majeure events (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal events), refund review depends on whether processing has started.
  • If technical issues affect visa-processing systems, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed accordingly.
  • Customers should check visa validity against travel dates before applying. If plans change, cancellation must be requested before processing starts, because changes are not allowed once processing begins.
  • If the wrong visa category is chosen, cancellation and refund may be possible only before government processing starts.
  • If a visa is denied due to previous travel violations, ineligibility, or past rejections, fees remain non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are made only through the original payment method; alternative methods are not allowed.

No Cancellation & Refund After Visa Issuance

  • Once a visa is issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If a customer does not use an approved visa, or later obtains a visa on arrival, the issued visa remains valid for its intended period and cannot be revoked.
  • After issuance, all fees remain non-refundable regardless of changes in travel intent.

Processing Time for Cancellation & Refund and data security

  • Cancellation and refund requests are usually processed quickly. However, approved refunds may take 4-17 business days to appear in your bank account.
  • When an application is canceled, provided personal data for that request is removed from the system according to our data process.

Additional Considerations

  • Refund Fee: A processing fee of $20 or more may apply to refund requests. For non-USD currencies, this amount may vary due to market and banking costs.
  • Refund Cancellations: Refund processing may be stopped if transaction issues arise from the customer side.
  • Currency Variations: Refund values may slightly differ from the original payment because of exchange-rate fluctuations.

At E-visa-burkina-faso, we work to provide a smooth service experience with fair policies for all travelers. If you have any concern, please contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we were advised that such damages might occur. These damages may arise from, but are not limited to:

(i) the use or inability to use the service;

(ii) the cost of procuring substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased, obtained, or messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the service;

(iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

(iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or

(v) any other matter relating to the service.

In all cases, our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action will not exceed ninety-nine USD ($99). This liability limit applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal basis.

We use advanced security methods, including SSL encryption and secure email systems, to protect your data. However, no security system can provide complete protection. Even with reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee full protection from risks such as viruses, malware, or third-party cyberattacks. If a breach happens due to factors outside our reasonable control, we are not liable for related damages.

For better protection of your information, we recommend practical safety steps such as using strong passwords, sharing personal information carefully, and following trusted online safety practices. Depending on your situation, you may also consider cyber-insurance for extra protection.

Payment Processing

We work with trusted third-party payment providers such as Paypal, Stripe, Spreedly, Amazon, Braintree, and similar platforms to process secure payments. We do not store credit-card data on our servers.

To maintain strong security, transaction data shared with payment partners is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Unencrypted cardholder data is not transmitted through our payment flow.

We apply protective controls with our payment partners to help preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your payment information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Service Regulation

Visa rules and immigration requirements can change without notice. We are not responsible for changes made by government authorities or for delays and losses caused by such changes.

We are not liable for costs, damages, or expenses arising from any cause, including changes to travel plans, travel interruptions, travel restrictions, and related losses. Such losses may be direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise, including loss of income or profits. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid by the customer for visa, photo, or passport processing.

Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies

To improve our Services, we may collect usage data through server logs, cookies, and tracking pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including alerts when cookies are set or updated, or blocking cookies completely.

Information Collected From Third Parties & Online Analytics

As part of our Services, we may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand usage behavior. We may also receive information from third-party sources, including social-media platforms or other websites, for example when you log in through accounts like Facebook or Google.

Retention of the Information We Collect

We keep your information for a reasonable period needed to deliver our Services, unless you request update or deletion where allowed. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. After this period, data is securely restricted in our systems and retained only for the following reasons:

  1. To address and protect our legitimate interests related to any claims regarding the Affiliate Program or contractual relationship with the Affiliate.
  2. To comply with our legal obligations.
  3. To conclude investigations into identified fraudulent or illicit activities.

Data collected through cookies is retained until consent is withdrawn, where consent is the legal basis. When retention is no longer required, personal data is securely deleted.

If you gave consent for specific data-processing purposes, you may withdraw consent at any time. After receiving a valid withdrawal request, we will process deletion in line with applicable legal requirements.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information

We may disclose the information we collect in the following circumstances:

As part of normal business operations, we may buy or sell businesses or assets. In such cases, collected information may be disclosed in relation to a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, sale, or similar event, including related negotiation and due-diligence activities. We may also share information with affiliates and related companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We may use third-party service providers for tasks such as communications, visa-support coordination, data storage, and payment handling. These providers must handle data according to relevant privacy and data-protection requirements.

We may disclose your information to any third parties based on your consent to do so.
